I ordered the Cheesecake with Chocolate Dipped Fruit Box based off of the picture and description. I ended up getting double the cheesecake and half the fruit. I called the day it was delivered and the man said the picture was wrong. Even though the actual description clearly states what is in the picture. He said he could either send a delivery man to pick it up and refund me or I could deal with it and be happy that I got more cheesecake because cheesecake is more expensive. Ordered a Birthday celebration box for a special someone, the delivery date was set for the day of the birthday but they delivered it on the day that I ordered it. After a lot of back and forth communication with the management staff of the store, another box was delivered on the day of the birthday. Very stressful experience, but I appreciate that the issue was resolved.
