It's terribly unfortunate that the owners of this local chain -Jan and Juan- treat their customers very poorly while overcharging for subpar efforts. There's obviously a public desire for beautifully decorated fruit, however even though I have been ready many times with hundreds of dollars to patron my local edible, I've turned away from buying at this location due to the continuous issues that astonishing only change for the worse with time. Horrible experience. I ordered from here and most of my fruit was rotten. Such a waste.
Horrible place to work. The woman that owns it left my daughter alone on her first day after very minimal instruction and had her close by herself. The second day, asked her to dip strawberries but did not demonstrate how much to dip, and asked her "if she was slow" for not knowing how much she meant. When my daughter realized that something she had come in contact with was giving her a rash, the woman got mad at her and made her leave. This location should be ashamed of itself! We received an arrangement as a gift and this is what was sent. A brusied cantaloupe and molded strawberries. This should never be in your inventory, let alone delivered to a customer. I immediately took pictures and shared it with the person who purchased it. The person who sent it was met with an attitude from the person answering the phone. A FULL refund needs to be dispersed immediately...what a disgrace!
My husband purchased a chocolate- covered strawberries platter with grapes for my bday. He told me the customer service was excellent and the fruit is delicious.
