I ordered a birthday arrangement for my father's 68th birthday. It cost me $86 for 3 chocolate covered strawberries, 3 cupcakes and a tiny balloon. $26 was the shipping cost. It got delivered the first time all smashed up and a day late (I ordered it a week before the delivery date). When I called to complain they said it wasn't their fault, it was the delivery companies fault, and that they would send a replacement, but if that one was delivered destroyed that they wouldn't send another one or refund my money. Husband purchased roses for Valentine’s day for me. as i was unpacking to display them i noticed every single stem and petal was wilted brown falling apart had horrible scent. i called him to thank him but also ask that he gets new bouquet for the money that he spent. $100 dollars for this is absurd as it is but to not be able to enjoy them for at least a day is another level of absurdity . I tried to go in during the posted business hours to redeem my birthday reward and found that they had closed at least an hour early (I arrived at 5:04pm, they closed at 6). I saw a hiring sign on the door so I figured they were understaffed but nowhere had they posted a sign that they were closed early. The next day I went 2 hours to close (3:10pm closing at 5pm) and the same thing.
