I placed a $350 birthday order (including a $50 tip) for same-day delivery from this location and specifically requested one-hour delivery. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After placing the order, there was zero communication. I called the store over 30 times — no answer. This location scammed me out of $140. I paid for expedited 1 hour delivery and got my order after 5 hours. I called for an update several times but no one answered the phone. When I finally got my order, it was not what I ordered and the flowers were in near dead condition. I ordered a 2 dozen set with a vase and instead I got two separate one dozen flowers completely different than what I ordered. Total waste of money
I had wonderful experience with the customer service and the food arrangements are fresh and good looking.
The arrangement is very pretty and the fruit is fresh. they have the best smoothies.
