Customer service was terrible. I called all day about my order. No answer.. so I drove 25 minutes to the store. Apparently she was the only staff there and had 20 orders so she couldn’t update any of the tracking on orders. The phone was apparently broken which is why she couldn’t answer. She came from the back dressed in street clothes . Her shorts were so inappropriate for a business. I’m guessing they don’t require uniforms. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I called during what was supposed to be their business hours to request a small change to my order, and got no answer. When it was time for me to pick up the order, they weren't even open. They had the "Open" sign on, but the door was locked. This was the first time I purchased with Edible Arrangements. Thankfully, Customer Service and the neighboring Homewood location was able to assist me, because it would have been my last purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Please do not use this location. Unreliable, they do not answer the phone. I had to order with Orlando Park, they were super nice and told me this location does it all the time. Do not risk going to this location.

I was extremely disappointed in the order I sent to my daughter. I specifically chose the arrangement for the beautiful blue vintage looking vase she could reuse. It came is a big bulky white glass canister and the strawberries were very small. Definitely not worth what I paid!
