If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I called during what was supposed to be their business hours to request a small change to my order, and got no answer. When it was time for me to pick up the order, they weren't even open. They had the "Open" sign on, but the door was locked. This was the first time I purchased with Edible Arrangements. Thankfully, Customer Service and the neighboring Homewood location was able to assist me, because it would have been my last purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Please do not use this location. Unreliable, they do not answer the phone. I had to order with Orlando Park, they were super nice and told me this location does it all the time. Do not risk going to this location.

Everything was great until it came to getting the edible arrangement delivered. I end up having to go to the store to pick it up myseld

I was extremely disappointed in the order I sent to my daughter. I specifically chose the arrangement for the beautiful blue vintage looking vase she could reuse. It came is a big bulky white glass canister and the strawberries were very small. Definitely not worth what I paid!

Stephanie has the best customer service hate to even call it customer service bc she made me feel so comfortable just with writing my little note to my lady. Stephanie also help me pick the best arrangement that fit my expenses. I definitely plan on coming back again soon and recommend the 159th shop because of the great hospitality.
