THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY!! Ordered a bites & bloom with a 1 hour delivery for a $15 upcharge for my wife, too my great misfortune it came from this store. The only thing that look good for the amount I paid was the fruit. The order was delivered and there was no balloon, the flowers were wilted and the delivery was about 2 hours later than the 1 hour delivery promised. I would never use this store again. I ordered my mom an arrangement for Mother's Day & it said it was delivered but it never was. When I called the store, they gave me the run around & wanted my elderly mother to come to the store & pick something out as a replacement, she is elderly. They would not give refund but that is not what Edible Arrangement policy is. Such a disappointment as they used to be so good.
0 Stars had i known my son was surprising me with an order from this store i would have told him not to they are always closed hours before their supposed to the service is just horrible he got out of school made it there at 5p the door was closed but the sign said open line says open until 7p extremely inconveniencing
Trash. Don't go here. They WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Won't deliver your order in time.
