I’ve bought from Edible Arrangements for years and always satisfied. Fruit is always fresh & delicious.
Ordered an edible arrangement, and paid a courtier fee for delivery. I was informed by the recipient that, the food was unripe and inedible. Spoke with the "person in charge". Listend to a song and dance routine on how careful they are when preparing the product. Gave them the number of the person that received the arrangement. I have been ghosted ever since. Recipient never received a call. I never received a call back i was never offered a partial refund. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company.
I ordered a dessert board for an office retirement party for a co-worker. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The woman on the phone was super helpful and friendly. It was delivered on time and the board looked/tasted amazing! I have an anniversary coming up and I will be dropping a hint to my husband for something from Edible Harrisburg! 😉♥️
