Horrible experience with this store Put an order in for my daughter for Valentines and it was never delivered. No phone call from edible arrangements nothing. Called them today, Monday, and they’re like oh we’re so sorry we were swamped with either. Have someone come and pick it up for you or refund your money. Refund the money. Horrible experience do not order from them
I just received a valentines day gift from there! Yes on a Sunday at 7pm.. it was $150 ...I was expecting a arrangement... not a dozen of almost dead and burned roses.. Really $150 for a dozen dead roses in a bag?🤦♀️🤦♀️ there was also a "forever rose thats should last month with out water or light" he stated that it was $30 but its prepriced at $15...

Should have read the reviews first! Do not do business with this franchise! Corporate should pull their agreement! Ordered arrangement for valentines and paid extra $25 for delivery - placed order two days in advance. Called multiple times to confirm but no answer. Today, Valentine's Day, saw my other two orders in different states weee delivered but this one had not even been started according to the tracker.
