My husband ordered me a bouquet for our anniversary. When it arrived, the flowers were very withered and the fruit wasn't fresh. Customer service also sucked, no one apologized for their inconvenience.
Cancelled my order on the day of my daughter’s birthday because they did now want to deliver outside Columbus. Complained of only having one driver. Only solution she has was can I pick it up. Ella or whatever her name was could have at least been more friendly and sympathetic. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day and it did not get delivered until the day after without any notice. It was melted and gross, my mom couldn’t even tell what it was supposed to be. In order to have anything done, my mother or I had to bring it to the store. After a late delivery and an inedible looking arrangement, this store continues to inconvenience people. Cancelled my delivery stating they only deliver within 15 mins around the store area. I was charged a distance fee as well as a fuel surcharge, and TIPPED, only to still have that order cancelled. Honestly just sounded like none of the workers wanted to drive. Unacceptable because this was a sympathy gift for sister-in-laws, who just passed, kids
