I received a gift from friends after a hardship and with it came a coupon for a free item… I went to get this item as my treat on a Friday at 3:35pm (they don’t close until 5) and an employee had informed me the kitchen staff left around lunch. On top of it I had to stand at the front for 6 minutes until somebody came out of the back to help me… horribly rum establishment. Might just forget about my free item and spend money elsewhere.
My first experience ordering a delivery of gifts from Edible Arrangements was wonderful a few years ago. The services have definitely declined based upon the past reviews and my recent experience. I was disappointed and unsatisfied with my delivery order placed in early June 2026 for an arrangement of balloons, box of cupcakes, Dubai cookie, and box of fruit for a family member’s birthday. I forgot to put my name on all three of my gift baskets I ordered. Y'all's store is the only one whos driver took the time to call and let me know that the recipient had no idea who had sent it. Sorry I didn't catch his name. Sir driver: thank you for going above and beyond
My husband ordered me a bouquet for our anniversary. When it arrived, the flowers were very withered and the fruit wasn't fresh. Customer service also sucked, no one apologized for their inconvenience.
Cancelled my order on the day of my daughter’s birthday because they did now want to deliver outside Columbus. Complained of only having one driver. Only solution she has was can I pick it up. Ella or whatever her name was could have at least been more friendly and sympathetic. Thanks for nothing.
