Cancelled my delivery stating they only deliver within 15 mins around the store area. I was charged a distance fee as well as a fuel surcharge, and TIPPED, only to still have that order cancelled. Honestly just sounded like none of the workers wanted to drive. Unacceptable because this was a sympathy gift for sister-in-laws, who just passed, kids
I placed an order that was never delivered. I was offered a refund but the store associate was obviously unbothered by the inconvenience this caused. They did say they tried to call but they were calling my fax number, not my cell number I put on the order.
Not sure of all these low star reviews ….BECAUSE my Edible Arrangements experience in Columbus GA was ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL ❤️It was my bf birthday and the way Jarvis surprised him at our apartment w/ the arrangement was nothing short of “special”. Everything played out how I wanted it to from the initial placing of the order ,which was same day …all the way down to the delivery execution by the wonderful delivery man, JARVIS🙏 !!
