Took my order and then waited a week before checking it. That is when they told me that they no longer deliver there and that the website was not updated by corporate yet. They offered me the option of picking it up and delivering it myself from Ohio to Waverly Hall though. That was nice of them.
Ordered from this place for my girl for Valentine’s Day and waited all day for them to never show and I called and never got a answer and I called today and they finally picked up just for the girl to tell me she can’t give me a full refund because they attempted to deliver which was a lie I was home and never heard a knock or even got a call the driver and her lied and she left me on the phone on hold this place is very unprofessional they’ll never get any business from me ever again
Placed my order a week in advance for Valentine’s Day, order was sent here and was never even started (I’m writing this 2 days after it should have been delivered). I called the store, left a message, tried the corporate help chat…..nothing. It was extremely overpriced, but I was willing to pay assuming they’d actually deliver. Don’t trust them if you want your order actually delivered to your loved one.
On 13 Feb 2025 I placed an order to be delivered on Valentines day. The delivery order by website of the company states that for residential address delivery will be done prior to 7pm. On the email I received the order says "out for delivery" since yesterday, but the company has not answered my phone calls. What is the purpose of delivery times and company phone number is neither one is responsive?
