We were out of town when we found out a fruit platter from Edible Arrangements was to be delivered. When they found out we would be out of town for a week they graciously offered to remake it upon our return home. When we got home, I had come down with a head cold. I am extremely disappointed. I took the time to select the perfect arrangement and customized a special card to surprise my husband and he received the wrong order. These arrangements cost alot of money and they are supposed to brighten a person's day but instead it caused so much confusion. I called the store several times to report this issue and no one answered the phone.

They carved my order same day and it was literally done less than an hour after I placed my order. The stonecrest location does not complete orders in a timely manner and will leave their customers questioning what’s happening with their order. I’ll choose the loganville location moving forward. If you feel that you have to drive far to pick up your order for better service then that’s what you may have to do in order to be satisfied, sadly. Kudos to the loganville ga location.
