Won't be going back – I've ordered from edible arrangements before and it was perfect but this time was not as satifying. I ordered my arrangement a week before I had planned on picking it up. When I went to pick my order up the guy at the front desk went in the back to find my arrangement. It started with chocolate strawberries... – My wife was a little upset with me for saying something dumb in front of her friends. I thought I would never hear the end of it. I needed to get her something that would show how much I cared about her and her willingness to put up with a guy like me. Great for special occasions – I am a longtime customer of Edible Arrangements, and I would happily recommend it to anyone. I now get arrangements for all occasions... birthdays (instead of sugary birthday cakes), Mother's Day (AND Father's day), Valentine's Day... just about any holiday or special occasion has a perfect arrangement. Poor quality arrangement received as a gift – Our office received an edible arrangement as a gift. The majority of the Mangoes in the arrangement were hard as a rock....inedible. We have received Edible Arrangements before....have referred others to the business as the product has always been excellent. Beware of this Edible Arrangements Location – Do not purchase from this store! I was recently sent a birthday arrangement. I was not home, so it was instead delivered to a neighbor's house down the street. I do not know this person and did not feel comfortable consuming food that Edible Arrangement could not assure the quality and safety. Edible Arrangement refused to replace the arrangement, stating that its website states that it MAY deliver to a neighbor if no one is home. Who does that?
