I placed an order that was over $100 for birthday and when it was delivered it was missing items. I called for the company to make it right and the lady was extremely rude to me. She stated that she would refund me $6 and when I started to ask more questions about my order she stated ugghh yea and hung up. I just dont understand why the company can't make this right since today is his birthday not tomorrow or 1-5 business days from today.
The Fayetteville store on Skibo Road ruined my 2022 Valentine's Day/Birthday. My Grandchildren order an arrangement.ent for my Valentine Day/Birthday. They were told that the soonest they could deliver was Feb 15. Today is the 17th and still no delivery. I will be calling today to see where the order is. Terrible service! Now I understand placing my order the day of was not something people usually do but given the option to have it delivered the same day for an extra fee which I was fine with paying. I had made several phone calls to ensure it would be sent out today with the rest of the orders and she told me yes during every call. I have not received my arrangement and will be requesting a refund ASAP
