Had a lovely experience! From Farmington to Houston, employees were helpful, thoughtful and professional. Gift arrived fresh and beautiful!!!
The store called me 3 hours after they opened to tell me they couldn’t deliver my order. They didn’t have a driver (?) …so why open? Regardless, the options given were for someone to come pick it up, which ruined the element of surprise, or deliver it another day. Being 6 states away, I didn’t have many options for pickup. The lady who answered the phone told me to call back and speak to the manager on Monday. Terrible service! Save your loved ones the trouble and mail them a card. Their card printer wasn't working and I had to call them to check on the status of my order to find that out. Additionally they didn't deliver Mom's Mother's Day gift on Mother's Day after assuring me it would be on the next delivery out. Good luck on them answering the phone!
Terrible experience. Got my mom’s a mother’s day gift and it looked completely awful. Don’t waste your money with them
