This store is so bad now. Using old, rotten fruit & the customer service is horrible now. What changed there recently because it was actually really good for a while. Looks like I’ll be going exclusively to Al Richards now.
La verdad decepcionado ya que realice dos pedidos y lo realicé un día antes para la entrega al siguiente día y ningún llego he llamado atención al cliente al lugar y nadien contesta no he tenido ni un reembolso ni nada horrible pésimo lugar 😡 nadien da respuesta no recomendable este lugar es una decepción perdida de tiempo y dinero $212 perdido totalmente y mala atención
Waiting 2 days now for a delivery. Was suppose to be here on Weds and never delivered, promised for today, never delivered. Five phone calls totaling almost an hour on hold. Will see what tomorrow holds.
My husband ordered for an arrangement to arrive on Valentine's Day. It was never delivered and no one called to say there was an issue. When my husband tried to call they did not answer the phone. He called the corporate number and they said the order was still pending today (a day after it was scheduled to be delivered). They refunded his money but never even apologized for the issue.
