I tried to place an order today October 10 for the Delicious Party arrangement size large to be picked up October 14 at 11:30. Sales clerk told me she was working alone all week and couldn’t get the order ready until 2:00 on Friday. I guess 4 day notice isn’t enough to have my order ready when I needed it. Edible arrangement just lost a customer !

The Valentines Day Order we placed was delivered incorrect to my step daughter today. My husband called and talked to Nicole (whom was very short and snappy said she would have the delivery guy go back and drop off the balloon and teddy bear that was to be with the arrangement. 5 hours later and the balloon and bear had not arrived yet.
