Husband ordered on Saturday and picked it up at 4:00 that day for yesterday small gathering at home. The lady who works there promised all fruits are fresh but then when we removed the covered yesterday afternoon the grapes are browned and the rest in that tray doesn’t look appetizing. I had an order requested for the day before Valentine’s Day. I never received my order yet they marked it delivered without proof I called the store and they claimed the driver couldn’t find my neighborhood, which is absolutely impossible. I called several times the following day and was told over and over a new order was sent out and would be delivered. I never got that either. So then I kept following up for a refund. Wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind and patient while walking us through all of our options. Service was quick and efficient, and everything turned out beautifully. I will definitely be returning for future gifts!
