Wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind and patient while walking us through all of our options. Service was quick and efficient, and everything turned out beautifully. I will definitely be returning for future gifts!
I decided to give them another try because last time didn't work out very well. I must say this time I was pleasantly surprised! They have new management and new staff. I had to pick up this order and the place is so much cleaner and organized. My order was perfect and everything was delicious! Looks like things are turning around for them! Good job and Thank you! Very good service ..my wife loved the arrangement everything was fresh and beautiful .you can tell someone took there time to put it together very talented ..when I picked it up I was treated by amazing staff very polite ..asked to speak to manager to let him know his employee was well spoken and to my surprise it seems they all was .the manager introduced his self as promise not sure if it’s his real name but very easy to talk to ..thank you guess will def recommend an will be back
I have now had four separate issues with the Winchester Edible Arrangements location, and at this point, this is clearly a pattern — not an isolated mistake. January 17: I paid for one-hour delivery. Confirmation came at 12:42 p.m. The order did not arrive within an hour. When I called at 1:50 p.m., I was told they were “waiting on a driver.” It arrived nearly two hours late. I would never order from here. I placed a one hour delivery order and it never arrived. I get a random email at 10:30 saying it was delivered but I didn’t hear any knocks or see anyone at the door. I am typically an understanding person but I do not appreciate the inconvenience and lack of communication with customers.
