I had an order requested for the day before Valentine’s Day. I never received my order yet they marked it delivered without proof I called the store and they claimed the driver couldn’t find my neighborhood, which is absolutely impossible. I called several times the following day and was told over and over a new order was sent out and would be delivered. I never got that either. So then I kept following up for a refund. Wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind and patient while walking us through all of our options. Service was quick and efficient, and everything turned out beautifully. I will definitely be returning for future gifts!
I decided to give them another try because last time didn't work out very well. I must say this time I was pleasantly surprised! They have new management and new staff. I had to pick up this order and the place is so much cleaner and organized. My order was perfect and everything was delicious! Looks like things are turning around for them! Good job and Thank you!
