Friendly staff. The arrangement was beautiful
this place is a joke. placed an order 3 days prior to going in and picking it up and still waited an hour and a half for them to even start the order. on top of that, waited an hour and a half for my valentine’s day order to say “happy anniversary” on the side, wrong flower bouquet and wrong stuffed animal. Spent over $400 for it to be done that poorly. doesn’t even deserve the one star the i gave. Not the employee’s fault since they were working their hardest, more so the company’s fault for not being prepared.
If you are reading this and thinking of ordering from here do yourself a favor and DO NOT!!!! They do NOT update the tracking system and they do NOT answer the phone. Valentine’s Day disappointment to say the very least. Long story short is they did not deliver my order and we had to go into the store and get a refund (along with 7 other folks at that same time). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Don’t use Edible Arrangements in Winchester! Horrible!!!! Father’s Day disaster!! Our daughter ordered a fruit arrangement for Father’s Day that included 3 dipped pineapple and Dad spelled out in the arrangement. What was delivered was 3 bakery doughnuts purchased from Martin’s grocery store ($1.00 each) in an Edible gift box. Later that evening my daughter received a text stating the order would be delivered. It’s been 2 weeks sense I place an order with edible arrangements, I debated for a few hours that day 1/15/25. The order was a small arrangement with a card and flowers. I kept checking the tracking which never updated past crafting your order. I called late that evening to the people I ordered it for & they let me know that they received a arrnement & a card but the card had people’s name on it that they’ve never heard of.
