The store charged me for a bouquet of flowers I bought but they didnt have or deliver. I felt robbed. I learned about it because I asked the recipient how she liked them just to hear she hadnt received anything. After I called the store they reimbursed me but that they disappointed me is a fact!
I went to this location today and I was blown away. I have never done an in person order with Edible Arrangements before. Natalie was so kind, so professional and helped me with everything! She even asked if I wanted a note at the end of my order. I highly recommend this location! Such amazing people work here!
This was a pick-up order of edi le desserts. The fruit was fresh & excellent. We carried it to a psrty & it was a hit. This was the third item we have ordered & each one was perfect for the situation - party, birthday, anniversary. I will definitely purchase it ahain as a unique & well-received gift.
You would expect that a company charging premium prices would deliver a premium product — especially for something as thoughtful and sentimental as an anniversary gift. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all and we got a bouquet of unripe fruit. My husband paid a high price for a fruit bouquet that included pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, and honeydew. My fiance ordered me an arrangement for Valentine's Day paid to have it delivered they handed it to somebody else at my work who could have just ripped the tag off and kept it for themselves thank God they didn't he better never go here again LOL
