Completely lacking customer service I used this company (in Kirkland, WA)to send an arrangement to my husband at his place of work for our 24th anniversary. I paid their delivery fee for this to be a special surprise for my husband. Just hours later my husband calls me to ask if I am having something delivered to his shop?
