First, I’m on the phone for at least 20 minutes. Finally she took my call just to say to call me back in about 20 to 30 minutes. She never called me back so poor service.
Overpriced product if you ask me. The quality of the overall product was poor and the freshness fruit looked ok.
EDIT: SO YOURE GOING TO CONTINUE TO LIE? Check the cameras. I waited for the rude employee to get off the phone and then provided my order number, that’s when she told me my order wouldn’t be ready until 2:30. I also CALLED BACK 10 Minutes later and asked for it to be expedited. Im sure that call was recorded too! If you want to lie go ahead and do it, karma will get you! Absolutely unacceptable experience at the 7th Street location. I arrived for a scheduled 9:30 AM pickup, only to be told that the order wouldn’t be ready until 2:30 PM. 3 Hours later, I got a call claiming it had been ready all along and asking why I hadn’t picked it up.
