I ordered an arrangement for a good friend of mine who was in the hospital. This first issue arrives when no notification was sent that this gift was delivered. The second issue is they delivered it to the wrong building at the hospital after having the location details provided. I called all around that hospital to try and understand where these items where delivered since I wasn’t there personally. I placed an order online for my daughter’s 19th birthday. She is a college student in Arizona and this is her first birthday away from home. I’m Very disappointed with this company first and last time it was delivered 3 days late after I had the call them to ask for my order by the way it doesn’t resemble the pictures at all.
Husband ordered me an arrangement never received it. No one ever came at this point this company is a rip off called the store they said it would be here by 9
I placed an online order requesting an edible arrangement be delivered on Saturday, 2/14/2026, Valentine’s Day. Tremaine Rodgers was the delivery person out of the Phoenix store 913 who was handling the order. He called me regarding no one answering the door. He was very patient with me while I checked on the location of the intended recipient.
