Rebecca took great care of my order! This order was for my mother’s birthday, and Rebecca absolutely made the day extra special with our arrangement. So thankful
Absolutely unacceptable experience at the 7th Street location. I arrived for a scheduled 9:30 AM pickup, only to be told that the order wouldn’t be ready until 2:30 PM. 3 Hours later, I got a call claiming it had been ready all along and asking why I hadn’t picked it up. When I returned, I was met with denial, rudeness, and zero accountability. One employee even called me a liar to my face and said nobody saw me the first time I was there. I had a wonderful walk in experience with Rebecca at the register to assist me. I was looking for a quick edible bouquet for my father's 50th birthday and there happened to be one pre-made but she enhanced it with happy birthday treats.
