Placed an order online, called to confirm they had it, they say yes and to come to pick it up. I show up and one mysteriously energetic guy notifies me that they have no order. He’s brings out a mysteriously unaware girl who informs me the same. Had to tell my mother I couldn’t get her edible arrangements for her birthday. Also I think they’re all smoking something here, but no hard feelings

I ordered an arrangement for a good friend of mine who was in the hospital. This first issue arrives when no notification was sent that this gift was delivered. The second issue is they delivered it to the wrong building at the hospital after having the location details provided. I called all around that hospital to try and understand where these items where delivered since I wasn’t there personally.
