Preservatives? – I visited their store on Bell Road and they wouldn't let me into the back where they cut the fruit. Kinda makes me suspicious about what they're doing back there. And I wonder what kind of preservatives they're using on that fruit. Seems to me after they cut it, and it sits out in the 100+ degree heat, well, it has to have SOMETHING on it to protect it, even if they refrigerate it. Very nice touch – For my mother's 70th birthday, one of my aunt's had brought a beautiful arrangements for the centerpiece. We all admired it as flowers, until we realized we could eat it! It was so beautiful, fragrant and juicy that it didn't even last until the end of the party! We had devoured it before all the rest of the food was gone! It was the nicest gift and the nicest touch to the party!
