I ordered an arrangement and balloon for my mother in law for her birthday. I live in Marana (work some months in North Carolina) and my husband and his family were celebrating in Tucson (foothills area) that Saturday afternoon. I had called this location around 1pm to see what the ETA was for the bouquet and balloon. The manager victor said it was with the driver and en route now. I can't believe any bad reviews at this place, they bent over backwards and went above and beyond to take care of us, and I want to say thank you, and give a big shout out to Victor for his outstanding customer service.
Victor was super attentive and took care of me immediately! Made me a fresh fruit cup and made me a fresh banana and strawberry smoothie! These guys are definitely worth trying. Thanks again
We received a beautiful arrangement as a new baby welcome gift! There was a third party delivery issue and I contacted the store and they immediately rectified the problem. Super professional and quality product. It’s so fun to receive this for adults and kids. Highly recommend. Thank you!
