I placed an order for my son at college. 1st it was to be delivered by 2 pm which I clarified when I ordered as their mail delivery is only open until 4 and it was delivered at 5 pm and had to be left at an open spot for him to have to call security to get. Also there supposed to be a balloon attached which I paid for and there was no balloon. I have a picture to prove it. I ordered a fresh fruit arrangement for our granddaughter in Boston the day she moved into her "grad school house". It was a last minute idea on my part and I called the Edible Arrangement store nearest her home. Within 2 hours, the fresh and lovely arrangement was delivered to her door!! We were all so pleased with the great service we received!! Thank you!!
