I placed an order for my son at college. 1st it was to be delivered by 2 pm which I clarified when I ordered as their mail delivery is only open until 4 and it was delivered at 5 pm and had to be left at an open spot for him to have to call security to get. Also there supposed to be a balloon attached which I paid for and there was no balloon. I have a picture to prove it.
