Christmas arrangement – This is what arrived to my parents for Christmas. Not ugly, but not what is pictured online. Should have been in a green containter and lots more fruit (nice lettuce). Also the fruit was overly ripe and did not arrive in plastic wrap. Store did respond quickly after a complaint e-mail and delivered a new one which looked much nicer and was in plastic wrap. Good customer service after the occasion, but had I not seen this picture no one would know. Still, disappointed; can't re-do first impressions.
