Horrible customer service I will never order from this place. They lie to the customers in regards delivery. Wasted my time and money on a place that don’t care about the customers. Never again.

Family ordered me something from here and when my husband picked up the arrangement to surprise me, it didn't come with the card/message required. When I realized this, I called in to express that it was missing the most important part of the purchase and that is when things went south. The manager Benita/Bonita/Banita cut me off 4 times while I was trying to explain the issue. I told her she was being extremely rude and she grew louder with me and continued to speak over me. Order for LAST Wednesday May 13yh and STILL hasn't arrived. Phone goes straight to voice mail and no one calls u back!! DONT USE THIS LOCATION!
My daughter ordered me an arrangement for Mother's Day, paid extra for it to be delivered ON Mother's Day and it never arrived. I called Monday and was told it would be delivered yesterday and STILL nothing on Thursday. I have called and keep either being put on hold or sent to "the abyss" and no one ever picks up. I tried calling corporate and, guess what, NO ONE ANSWERS THERE EITHER!! Guess I need to just drive over and wait till the get my order ready!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!
They are very beautiful arraingments the fruit is fresh and tasty
