Very rude and unprofessional. The schools in the Memphis Mid south are not doing these kids nor their parents any justice. Basic simple customer service and conversation does not exist anymore. They had the hardest time taking a pick up order over the phone they are not definitely not smarter than a 5th grader. Management is worse. I’d give this place negative stars if I could. This place is a joke. I’d advise anyone to order from anywhere but, here. Don’t waste your time or money. I placed an order and called a handful of times to make sure my order would arrive before 5. The girl I talked to each time was rude. 430 roles around nothing.
