I placed my order several days before Valentine's day it's now the 16th and have to receive anything and finding it very difficult to cancel my order or even contact them my last option is to physically go to the store to try to get a refund
I am beyond disappointed. I place an order yesterday for an 11 am pickup for a mini berry arrangement. I received an email at 11:18 am stating my order was ready. I arrived after 1 to pickup my order only to find out, after 30 mins of waiting, that my order may have possibly been given away. Several employees came out the back as if looking for my order. 2 other employees just stood to side just watching. I placed my Valentines Day order on Wednesday, February 4th around noon. I was told it would be ready for pick up on Saturday, February 14th at 10am. I arrived a few minutes before 10. There was a note on the door saying: “ if your order isn’t ready come back at 12:30pm”. I gave the cashier my name and of course the order wasn’t ready, I was told to come back at 12:30. Ordered weeks in advance. Order was never delivered to the business I inital requested which prompted me to call to see what the issue was. continued to get voice mail a few times but when i got an answer i was put on hold. Tried again but they picked up without a word was sent straight to on hold, hung up on me after being on hold for almost an hour, then after calling again was able to finally talk to an employee to request address change to a residential address and still no delivery. This location is an absolute disaster! It’s completely unorganized on what is probably one of their busiest days of the year, Valentine’s Day! There was no order and they had 20+ people standing in and outside of the store! I’ll never buy another edible arrangement from this location…
