Find the strawberries I will not be returning to this location. I had arranged for a late pickup on the same day, allowing several hours for my order to be prepared. Since there are only two locations in the city, I was hopeful. I printed my receipt, but upon arrival, they couldn't find my order by either my name or phone number. I then presented the paper confirmation, and the cashier went to the website, took a picture of the item, went to the back, and returned to inform me it would take 15 minutes. The store is AMAZING! The products look exactly like the pictures on the website. Their designers take great care in their craftsmanship. Highly recommend!
DO NOT I MEAN LISTEN DO NOT USE THIS EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT OR ANYWHERE THAT THE OWNER ALICE CAMPBELL IS. I ORDERED A GIFT FOR MY FRIEND IN THE HOSPITAL WITH CANCER AND TOLD THEM TO DROP IT OFF AT FRONT DESK. MY ORDER STATUS NEVER CHANGED SO I WASNT EXPECTING IT YET. It was getting late so I called and they said it was delivered and sent me the screenshot where it was supposedly dropped off. Awesome service and for me they always give me fresh products. I try other companies like 1800 flowers and sharis berries and it was awful used them a few times just to see if it was just a one time event but more then a few the strawberries were warm and brown. No money back just a replacement and reorder for free but I got the same results. With edible arrangements I know is guaranteed I get the best order.
They only delivered part of my order and when I called. I was put on hold for management and I held the phone for at least 15 minutes and I just hung up and I will never do business with them again
