The customer service was exceptional.. only thing is there hours change for the summer. Instead of closing at 7p they close at 6p(mon-fri)

The customer service was truly outstanding! I ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter, and there was a little hiccup with the delivery. I gave Kevin a call, and after explaining the situation, the package arrived in under two hours!
I placed an order 3 days before Valentine's day. I ordered for my daughter out of state. I was tracking the order and I noticed there was no movement. When I called, the young lady told me there was something wrong with the driver's app and it would be delivered. I called back about an hour later, then I was told the driver was missing the balloon and had to go back to the store to get one and the location the arrangement was so supposed to go to is 10 minutes away. If you want to be disappointed, order from here! Placed an online order from this store. Owner is doing deliveries, couldn't find house and decided to drop it off at the house he thought it was. He puts in on the deck in the back of the house and leaves it sitting on a pile of Logs or trash or whatever. Balloons and cake left on someone's property.
