Dear Edible Arrangements I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of my recent order. I ordered flowers and chocolate-covered fruit as a gift, but unfortunately, some of the strawberries I received were rotten and clearly not fresh. Easy to order, and upfront pricing re: same day delivery, etc. however… was NOT the arrangement we ordered. We ordered “riveting roses”. See pic with a glass vase and tons of orange and coral roses without mums/greenery vs what they got (3 ? ugly red roses With lots of greenery, and no vase!)
