I ordered a fruit arrangement and a box of 4 cupcakes with a balloon for a birthday gift, a couple of days in advance. The fruit arrangement was received as expected and looked good, so I’ll give them an extra star for that. HOWEVER, for some reason instead of delivering the baked goods & balloon which was supposed to be attached, they left a note essentially saying “sorry, we’re out.” I know stocking issues can happen, but I would expect a call or email, or at least some formal attempt at a refund, but they didn’t say a wor... read more
I will never order from this place again. I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentine's Day, guaranteed to be delivered on the day. After it didn't show up by 5 pm, I called the store to check up on my order. They told me that my order was going to be delivered by 7 pm, after 7 pm rolled around with still no order I called again only to have them yet again tell me it was still going to be delivered. I told the woman on the phone what happens if it doesn't get delivered today? She replied," I will issue you a refund." ... read more
