Never was delivered after Nicole told us it would be. I ordered in advance to make sure it was delivered early in the day
I ordered an arrangement for the Saturday before Mothers Day. It arrived 9 days later. Store didn't answer the phone. I had to contact corporate. The store claimed to have issued a refund the day after ordering? Not believing that. Especially since it hasn't shown up on my statement 12 days later. Shady customer service and no communication from store. Not worth $70 for this kind of customer care.We're going to start sending Eli's Cheesecake. At least they deliver on time.
