I completed an online order for arrangements to be delivered on February 12th. The day of delivery I'm being told certain fruit are not available and I expressed "Ok, that's fine, whatever fruit thats still available, is ok".... but then she says, "Also, because its for Valentines Day, you'll be billed an EXTRA $20 (minimum), because NOTHING in the store is the price you paid when completing the order (yesterday) " (on February 11th - ONE day ago) or to change the delivery date to Monday (the 16th) .... 4:47pm & this place was closed. Lights off & all. Google maps says they close at 5:00 o' clock. I guess employees here do as they please. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Was a last minute gift, thankfully was there an hour after opening. Marisol helped us to pick one out. We are very grateful that she told us she can make it same day and in 20 minutes tops.
