I wish i would of read these reviews sooner...i ordered an expensive mothers day arrangement for my mom well in advanced to be delivered on mother's day. And she did not get what i ordered. I emailed them about it and their response was we sent what we had. Like are you serious! I havent been refunded and they have been ignoring my emails and my calls. Will never use this location again!!!!!
Extremely rude customer service. I asked for them to knock to hand deliver it to me, and they left it in a hard to see spot outside (so when I checked outside the door, it was not visible), didn’t notify us it was delivered, and the fruit went bad. When we called to explain the situation, the person interrupted us and became very condescending. They begrudgingly offered to replace it and when my husband went to pick it up at the agreed upon time, it was not ready.
Paid almost $100 for an order that was never delivered. Should’ve read all the other reviews first. Would never buy from here again and will be disputing the charge with my bank if they make refunding difficult.
