Ordered a gift to be delivered for a bday, paid $10 guaranteed same day delivery. Well it didn’t get delivered and I had to call the next morning for a refund. They call the recipient to see if they are going to be home which completely ruins the surprise. Customer service was terrible. This is the second time we tried this location and the exact same thing happened in Father’s Day . I wish i would of read these reviews sooner...i ordered an expensive mothers day arrangement for my mom well in advanced to be delivered on mother's day. And she did not get what i ordered. I emailed them about it and their response was we sent what we had. Like are you serious! I havent been refunded and they have been ignoring my emails and my calls. Will never use this location again!!!!!
