They handled how bad uber ruined the gift, and just made it right with great customer service! Appreciate them taking accountability and remaking the order and making sure it’s delivered perfect!
Placed an order 4 days in advance and chose business delivery for my girlfriend. Which states no later than 5 pm for deliveries. Now I know today was going to be busy and it might arrive later, however, I did not expect a 3rd party delivery driver to pick it up at 7:30 pm that night. After it finally was picked up, the delivery instructions were completely ignored to drop off at the front desk area of the building.
