Ordered a gift to be delivered for a bday, paid $10 guaranteed same day delivery. Well it didn’t get delivered and I had to call the next morning for a refund. They call the recipient to see if they are going to be home which completely ruins the surprise. Customer service was terrible. This is the second time we tried this location and the exact same thing happened in Father’s Day . They said they use uber to deliver on the weekends but apparently it’s not working and should probably advise the customers of that. If your go... read more
