Placed an order 4 days in advance and chose business delivery for my girlfriend. Which states no later than 5 pm for deliveries. Now I know today was going to be busy and it might arrive later, however, I did not expect a 3rd party delivery driver to pick it up at 7:30 pm that night. After it finally was picked up, the delivery instructions were completely ignored to drop off at the front desk area of the building.
