The lady at the counter was so kind and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she had a northern accent & provided amazing customer service. Even helped me out to the car to load everything in. The fruit was fresh & delicious however I can’t say I recommend the cupcakes. Otherwise a great experience and would definitely order again in the future.
If you want a delivery order to be a surprise, use a different location! I don’t understand contacting the recipient rather than the person who placed the order to advise delivery timeframes, etc. Thankfully the flower and chocolate covered strawberries were fresh so the birthday surprise for my friend wasn’t a complete waste.
Chocolate covered bananas were not all that good

I wanted to order from this store online, but was having a slight issue, so I called. I happened to get one of the co-owners, Chris, and she was amazing! I felt like I was talking with a longtime friend. I am from out of state and was wanting to order for my mom‘s 75th birthday from my sisters and me. Chris helped me from start to finish. It was the easiest process and it was delivered the next day! Our mom was overjoyed!
