Terrible!!! Looks like a bunch of amateurs done it, I literally was embarrassed to use it as my centerpiece.. Drove to Lexington to pick this up what a waste of my time. Pictures below!! just awful, the first picture is what I ordered. Mind you I paid 80.00 for this. The second picture is what I received. HORRIBLE.. Not even remotely close, My daughter asked me if I made it.. Honestly I think I could have done a better job! I have ordered from them several times in the past... NEVER AGAIN..
Place looked like it was closed for good, noone there, no cash register, but there was a company van there, and they didn't answer the phone. So up to you if you want to try it, I'd go else where
I would give zero stars if i could, very unprofessional, very ghetto and a very bad look for edible arrangements, Made an order for my mom on her birthday two items were never delivered/ received, instead of apologizing to her excuse was “ we forgot it” repeatedly hanging up on her getting rude and unprofessional…will be contacting corporate in the morning overall 0/10. Very unprofessional and very disappointed in the staff.
As we all know you have to give 1 star to even do a review but believe me they do not deserve even 1. My boss texted asking if I had received a special delivery and I didn’t know what she was talking about so the next day I asked what she meant and she said I should have gotten an edible arrangement. So finally Friday night about 7:30 pm there is a knock at the office door and mind you we close at 6 good thing I’m a workaholic and was still in the office almost 2 hours after closing because it was the arraignment.
