The delivery was extremely delayed. Although the email indicated it would arrive just one hour late, it was actually delivered four hours later—and only after I called twice at different times to check on the status. I was told the driver was 20 minutes away, but the delivery location is only 20 minutes from the store, making it clear the order hadn’t even been dispatched yet. Today I had the pleasure of going to the Danberry edible store where Zack is the manager. Absolutely the nicest guy. I totally recommend it for Mother’s Day.
Worst customer service! We received a delivery with the wrong greeting card. When I called to ask who sent our delivery and why we received the wrong card the young woman on the phone was short and quick to respond that it wasn’t their fault. She went on to say the fault was with the person who ordered this arrangement. Clearly the person sending this gift did not type in a greeting with all the wrong names, including their wrong name — no brainer. They obviously mixed up two orders and the greeting cards.
