Order was never delivered. Spoke to 3 different people, one being the mgr, who put me on hold for 20 mins and then left the store without talking to me. Told the girl who picked up after him that I wanted a refund. She said the mgr has to authorize it. Left 2 messages for him to call me. No call back. Just emailed corporate. Waiting for their response. Horrible place to do business. Never again!!
Very disappointed. Order was placed for parents Anniversary. Fruit in arrangement was over ripe or almost rotten. Fruit was mushy. Chocolate covered bananas were brown on the inside. Will think twice before ordering from edible arrangements again.

Mothers Day gift....moldy strawberries with brown tops...what were they thinking...took pictures but of course I can't add photos here
Do not order from the Waterbury store, they gave me the wrong order. The girl took the wrong order, they told me they couldn't fix my Oder. Is not the first time this has happen with them.
Great place, top notch customer service and the awesomest owner !
