Ordered a valentines fruit arrangement for my wife. I picked it up drove home and when I opened it all the fruit was covered in mold!! It smelled horrible. Called the store to tell them and they offered me a discount on my next purchase. I just told them I would like a refund. They told me they can only refund a certain percent of the order because I already picked it up?!
