I ordered a Happy Birthday arrangement for my moms 75th Bday and It couldn't have turned out more beautiful (and tasty!) Customer service was on point & answered all my questions and offered great suggestions! Even the driver who delivered it straight to my mother's house was just lovely and efficient! Well Done, Jennifer and team!
Asked if they would deliver it today and they never sent a tracking number also called 6 times left 3 msgs and no response now they are closed and i have no idea if im getting my gf gift or not no communication at all i do not recommend this place at all.
Ordered the small treat extravaganza for my father's birthday. Although I appreciated the same day delivery, the optics of the board left a lot to be desired, and frankly was a little embarrassing. Especially for $77 (after tax and delivery). Reached out to Edible Arrangements through email and facebook for feedback but did not receive a response. Ended up contracting a bad case of buyers remorse. Would not recommend.
