I ordered two orders at the same time for the SAME LOCATION—one for my boss for Boss Day and one for a coworker. The boss's day one never showed. I tried calling, but had to leave a voicemail because they were closed. I even reached out to corporate customer service about how this has happened before, but this is the first time I’ve placed two orders at once, and only one has shown up. These was the worst looking strawberries I have ever seen! So much money for crap! Never again!
So not what I ordered will not be ordering again waiting on the manager to call me back. Something will be done whether I call my bank and cancel payment or they make it right. They didt even call me about being out of something do better when i pay for something i expect what i want not what yall deem necessary
This particular company had a disabled veteran doorDash delivery driver deliver one of their products 12 miles to Barboursville, West Virginia for a grand total of $5.00!! No hourly pay, no mileage reimbursement and the driver used their own car. No reputable company should contract with a company who treats veterans like dirt. I encourage people to avoid merchants like this who place profits over our veterans.
