I will never go to this location again. I ordered a valentines basket a week before Valentine’s Day. My ordered never got delivered, I don’t mind because I understand that it gets busy. What I do mind is it takes a ridiculous amount of time to receive a refund. The manager has to be at the location in order to receive a refund but only comes every so often. Absolutely ruined Valentine's Day. I placed an order several days ago and my wife did not receive it. No phone call and they wouldn't answer the phone. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND THEM! I will be getting my money back!!!!
Had a bit of a bad experience with this location this past Valentine's day and originally gave a poor review. After they reached out to correct their failure to deliver my wife's order, they more than made up for this and the treats were also very delicious.
