Coral Springs Edible Arrangements is awesome – I have ordered from this location several times and I have always received great service. The product is fresh and beautiful! Everytime I give an arrangement as a gift it has been well received. They went out of their way to accomodate my special request for a certain container and specific balloons.
Never order from this store – I've been a client of this company for many years and have ordered arrangements from various locations. The Coral Springs, FL store has terrible customer service and gives the franchise a very bad reputation. I placed an order monday afternoon for delivery the next day at my husbands job for his bday. I requested the order be delivered as early as possible the next day. The next day by 2pm the order had not arrived, so I called and was notified that my order was being delivered at that time.
