MAJOR Shoutout to Edible Arrangements in Coral Springs, FL! I ordered my mom's arrangements on YESTERDAY and asked the employee to please make sure it was delivered by 2pm TODAY for her birthday as a surprise so that she'd receive it before going to work. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED :( After speaking with a not-so-helpful employee, I decided to cancel my order. It was over $70 and was to be a surprise for my aunt who works every day. I was unaware that the arrangements are only able to be delivered during "work hours" so she won't ever be home to receive them. I wish I had been told this when ordering the arrangement on line. I am so disappointed and even more upset with Jennifer for not helping me/offering any suggestions as to how we can redeliver this arrangement.

rudest people ever This is not the first time I have ordered Edible Arrangements, I did about a year or 2 ago for my mother on Mother's Day everything went perfect. This year was a disaster. First off I couldn’t find the store and no one would answer, so I called the North Lauderdale store and she gave me directions no problem (really sweet girl). Coral Springs Edible Arrangements is awesome – I have ordered from this location several times and I have always received great service. The product is fresh and beautiful! Everytime I give an arrangement as a gift it has been well received. They went out of their way to accomodate my special request for a certain container and specific balloons.
