Less than polite. Just wasn't a pleasant experience. Balloon was not inflated. It was going flat
This company is CREEPY BAD. Do not order from them and I never will again. They have no regard for customer service. I wouldn't order from the store maybe any other edible arrangement store. My order said same day delivery but when they say same day delivery, they mean at the evening hours after the celebrations have ended. Then they charge 15.98 for delivery fee. Not worth it.
