Am very disappointed with this specific branch as I have ordered from other stores before and the experience was completely different.I put an order a day before delivery day at around 4PM to be delivered the following day to a residential area just within a few minutes from the store.At 12PM on the delivery day I call the store to get a clear timeline of delivery time and the guy I talk to assured me that delivery will be between 2 -4PM.At 2PM I decide to track the driver and he had 10 STOPS before my delivery.At 5.30 PM no... read more
Don't go to this Wake Forest location! The rudest lady I have ever seen in my life. I really don't understand how this place is still in business with the poor customer service. I went into the store on my birthday, and she ruined my birthday! Wish I would have seen the reviews before I drove all the way there. I immediately threw the food in the trash when I left. Would never trust eating anything that came from such a rude person.
