I hate this place I never received my Valentine's Day gift . I called and called no answer . Then called again and the answer service picked up and said they were closed and it was only 4:15pm 🤦🏾wtf. So then I called corporate office about my order not to mention I was on hold for a freaking hour before I spoke with someone. Never delivered my order won’t answer the phone don’t ever order from these people
Did not deliver on requested date. Horrible customer service. Can't even get in contact with the store. Been on hold for an hour with the customer service. Horrible.
I ordered strawberries for my mom from my dad for Valentine’s Day 4 days in advanced. The strawberries did not get delivered. I called several times through out the day to try and check and see when they would be delivered and a recording kept saying the store is closed today. When I went to the store today they informed me that their system crashed and offered me a refund. Never once did they offer to deliver them today. Have arrangements ready when they tell customers it'll be ready. Hours later is not acceptable. Larger staff will help. I won't be coming here again
Orders for delivery a month ago. Delivery was supposed to be today (Valentine’s Day) before 11am. The order has still not arrived. I cannot get in touch with the store Bc it is closed apparently. And cannot get in touch with ANYONE on the customer service line. I will be showing up tomorrow demanding my $60 back. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Terrible. EVERYONE PLEASE USE SHARIES BERRIES INSTEAD!!!!
