Worst customer service ever. DO NOT PURCHASE from the Ocoee location!
Schedule on door and online stayed that it was open until 5p on Saturdays. Arrived at 4:30p and it was closed. Update the schedule or stick to it.
The products and services are great. Prices fair. There ethical treatment of their staff and contributions to our community OUTSTANDING!!!
I was very upset with this delivery. I placed the order the day before to ensure everything would be done with ample time. My order had a bouquet of balloons included. After the delivery was made, I asked the receiver about the balloons and they did't get them. I called the location to advise them they forgot the balloons. They were unapologetic and asked if I wanted a refund or for them to go back. I requested they please delivery the balloons per my original order.
