Rude and unhelpful, terrible customer service.
My husband ordered me a Valentine’s surprise from Edible Arrangements, and unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house due to a zip code error on their behalf. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced delivery issues with companies failing to verify zip codes properly, so it’s extremely frustrating to see this happen again.
