I drove 20 minutes to get here at 4:40 PM on a Thursday and the location was totally closed and unattended, despite the hours on the door, on the Edible Arrangements website for this location, and on their Google Business Profile being listed as open until 6. Their own sign saying the staffing issue would be resolved over a month and a half ago is inaccurate. The person I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful or apologetic, honestly kind of rude, as if their information isn’t inaccurate and causing issues.
I had a pickup scheduled for 5 p.m., and the store called me multiple times saying I needed to pick up my order before 5. I told them I would be there before closing, and I arrived at 4:20 p.m., 30 minutes before closing, only to find the doors locked. I tried calling multiple times, but the person on the phone said one second and I proceeded to wait 10 more minutes. Whoever is answering the phones and leaving voicemails are RUDE. I put my order in 5 days ahead of time to still not have it ready in time. It was supposed to be ready by 9/930. Im getting multiple calls telling me its ready after 1230pm. I chose curbside and then the rude staff answers telling me to get out and ring the doorbell to get my order. I called the location in raleigh to place a birthday order paid for it over the phone, I come to pick up my order and to my surprise they DONT HAVE AN ORDER FOR ME HERE. THEY SAID ITS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER FAULT THAT THEIR CALLS GET TRANSFERRED TO CARY . NOW I CANT DELIVER MY GIFT TO MY SPECIAL SOMEONE BC THEY JUST MADE ME LATE FOR THE REST OF THE EVENING!
I truly had great and super excellent service by Andi. She was extremely excellent and she gave me very good flowers and even she gave me the best sparkling drink for my cousin graduation day.. Which it was nice and good of her. Andi very very quick and she had great customer service. Two thumps up for Andi. Will definitely come back to this store and will definitely recommend.. two thumbs up for Andi 👍🏼👍🏼
