I called the location in raleigh to place a birthday order paid for it over the phone, I come to pick up my order and to my surprise they DONT HAVE AN ORDER FOR ME HERE. THEY SAID ITS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER FAULT THAT THEIR CALLS GET TRANSFERRED TO CARY . NOW I CANT DELIVER MY GIFT TO MY SPECIAL SOMEONE BC THEY JUST MADE ME LATE FOR THE REST OF THE EVENING!
I truly had great and super excellent service by Andi. She was extremely excellent and she gave me very good flowers and even she gave me the best sparkling drink for my cousin graduation day.. Which it was nice and good of her. Andi very very quick and she had great customer service. Two thumps up for Andi. Will definitely come back to this store and will definitely recommend.. two thumbs up for Andi 👍🏼👍🏼
They didn’t do the order right. Ordered cheese cake and brownie for my daughter’s birthday and they delivered chocolate covered strawberry. The balloons that went with it was deflated like it was filled weeks ago. No one is picking up the call to talk to about this. Will never order from here again.
I placed my order on 2/6 You canceled it today on Valentines Day!!!! Never ordering from you guys again
Muy mala experiencia. La app es confusa, el pedido llegó tarde y el arreglo no se parecía en nada a las fotos. Para el precio que cobran, el servicio es decepcionante. No la recomiendo. Pedí un arreglo para una ocasión especial y fue una decepción total. La arreglo floral no parece como se ve en y la presentación de la app La app promete mucho, pero no cumple.
