Received an unedible arrangement for my birthday. The pineapple was far from ripe. Very hard, no taste. After talking to the manager, she informed me the only requirement is that they not send out rotten fruit. Hard, not ripe and not edible seems to be ok. Send it on out. She also was aware that the pineapple wasn't acceptable. I will never send anyone and edible arrangement, and I'm sorry people I care about wasted their money on sending me one.
