Went in to order something same day. With special specifications for it and the girl who was working was able to make it happen. I’m so happy with how it came out!
I paid $60 for dead flowers and a sad little cheesecake. Horrible customer service. I ordered same day and I cannot fathom the flowers arriving in the condition they did. To no surprise they wilted a day later. Absolutely unacceptable.
Ordered a valentines tray to put on display at my business. The tray arrived completely ruined . I The fruits and cheesecakes were all smashed . It's as if the driver did not handle the tray properly . When he handed it to me he said " DELIVERY... it's a LITTLE SHIFTY , BUT ITS STILL EDIBLE ... " I immediately called the store about the issue and the only thing they would do is offer to deliver a small box of cheesecakes.
