I always get the best service at the Middletown, CT location. They are so accommodating — even when I make last-minute decisions — and they’re consistently kind and friendly. I truly appreciate how well they take care of me. Thank you!
I ordered an edible arrangement for my mother and it was not edible at all. So very disappointing the fruit was hard it was like eating the center o the pineapple. I called to ask them to send a replacement and the manager argued with me and told me the fruit was fresh and thy will not send replacement. I would highly recommend not ordering from the Middletown or Rocky Hill location. Very unprofessional and they obviously are not interested in customer satisfaction. They do not even deserve 1 star in my opinion.
Had a fruit basket sent to a friend. Did a great job.
