Went in to order something same day. With special specifications for it and the girl who was working was able to make it happen. I’m so happy with how it came out!
I paid $60 for dead flowers and a sad little cheesecake. Horrible customer service. I ordered same day and I cannot fathom the flowers arriving in the condition they did. To no surprise they wilted a day later. Absolutely unacceptable.
Ordered a valentines tray to put on display at my business. The tray arrived completely ruined . I The fruits and cheesecakes were all smashed . It's as if the driver did not handle the tray properly . When he handed it to me he said " DELIVERY... it's a LITTLE SHIFTY , BUT ITS STILL EDIBLE ... " I immediately called the store about the issue and the only thing they would do is offer to deliver a small box of cheesecakes. Ordered an edible arrangement and specified it needed to be delivered by 2pm. They accepted the order. Fast forward to 2pm. Still wasn’t there. Called store, no answer, called again and got an answer. I asked if they were on the way and the lady said yes, didn’t even know my order so how would she know? She then asked for my number and said “the driver picked them up” I asked if she can tell me how far away the driver was so I can tell the person I sent them too (surprise now ruined) that they need to wait, 5,10,15 mins?
