I went there yesterday. Tiffany assisted me with everything she was very polite and helped me picked the correct one .. she also decorated it herself and did an amazing job
Still waiting on my refund from valentines day. They had the audacity to ask if we still want the order the next day. Smh never again

Had to pick up an order for doordash amidst several other customers. Total chaos. Was told no dashdoor orders today even though I had one along with several other dashboard drivers. Simply didnt know what they were doing. Busy day but they should have been ready. New Britain store.
