SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give this place no stars!! I checked my order status and it said out for delivery but no one was home will contact information provided but never received a call. It’s now 3 days later still no delivery or refund. I check the status now and it says item not found. I’ve called the location all 3 days and of course they never answer the phone! My order was $125 so I’ll definitely be making a trip down there tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
Placed an order for Mother's Day. Requested delivery for Saturday, May 8. Needless to say, the order was NOT delivered. Have made many many attempts to reach the store and "corporate" to inquire on status or a refund. No luck, no response to phone, email, chat, Facebook, or anything... It's like they disappeared, but yet took the money. Do not recommend them at all and will not be ordering from this company again. Save your money.
After one idea for my sister's b-day present fell through, I thought of Edible Arrangements as a gift, cause i thought of it as a reputable company. I looked into the reviews and the company had a shocking 2.5 stars with tons of horrible reviews. They're overpriced and delievery is $16! I've decided not to spend my money here and see if there's any similar companies or i just might make some chocolate covered strawberries, bananas and pineapple from the store for <$20.00!! Bananas are cheap!
I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother her birthday, February 2. I ordered it before noon and paid extra for same day delivery. To this day it has not been delivered. I tried to reach out to the store and you cannot get anyone to pick up. I reached out to corporate and was told that “Kristy” lied and said that the arrangement was delivered on February 3rd.
