Had the pleasure of working with Francisco “Cisco” Montanez! I travelled to NY for a friends bday and wanted to surprise her with flowers, balloons, and cupcakes for her bday. Cisco assisted me with the order and was nice enough to partner with the hotel in making sure my friend was surprised. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond to help me execute this surprise! Order chocolate covered strawberries for Fathers Day. They were supposed to say “Best Dad Ever.” The gift was delivered and they looked absolutely horrible. Didn’t spell out the message. Missing letters. Never again! Do not order from these people.
Just placed an order from Tennessee with standard delivery before I left for work and it was delivered to my friend’s hotel by the time I got to work. I’m shocked it was fulfilled so fast, and she’s thrilled. Thanks for helping me with a birthday surprise!
The staff from this Edible Arrangements store was super helpful in getting my order right, especially Cisco. Cisco went above and beyond to ensure that my mom received a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers as well as a fruit arrangement. He was professional, heard my concerns with the original order / delivery, and was patient to make sure he got everything right. I am super grateful that he was able to make my mom’s birthday as well as Mother’s Day special!! 👏💕💐
