Please do not choose this store to service your order. My order was delivered today, and it was missing balloons. While that was disappointing, it was minor compared to what happened next. The delivery person repeatedly used racial slurs toward my husband and doubled down on his behavior because he was having trouble scanning the order correctly. Very happy with the service. I needed something fresh and done fast. The girl working today was sweet and very helpful.
I placed an order for 1 hour delivery at 10:30 am paying a large fee and tip however the order was not delivered until 5 hours later AFTER the recipient left the office. This place rips off. I called customer service to get a refund and they agreed to issue it except they kept the tip. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Had the pleasure of working with Francisco “Cisco” Montanez! I travelled to NY for a friends bday and wanted to surprise her with flowers, balloons, and cupcakes for her bday. Cisco assisted me with the order and was nice enough to partner with the hotel in making sure my friend was surprised. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond to help me execute this surprise!
