I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They were so nice and professional. I believe the person I spoke with was Ricardo and he was so kind. I highly recommend this store if you want to get your loved one(s) an edible arrangement in the White Plains area. Truly 10/10 customer service.
I had placed an order online with Edible Arrangements in White Plains, NY for delivery on December 23, 2025 for a friend's birthday. I received a call from an employee in the morning telling me that the delivery address (the City) I indicated in my order was incorrect. I argued with this employee that I did not make a mistake. This is my go to spot whenever I’m in town. My orders always come out perfect, and the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The service is great, and the fruit is always fresh and high quality. The chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite.. always amazing and make the perfect gift!
