The best customer service I ever had . She was helpful and so sweet. Strawberries came out perfect. I came in close to close time. She still was helpful and waited for me. Everybody needs to shop here. I promise I will be going back.
They never answer the phone after calling 10 times back to back to check the status of my online order. This is not the first time, I called to cancel an order the order day and the same thing happened. Then when they did answer the phone, it always sounds like they are outside and walking back into the building. They act like they can never hear me on the phone and keep disconnecting the calls. I received the arrangement around 3 pm on 12/17/25 by 8 am 12/18/25 it wasn't good anymore (refrigerated of course). The fruit even on the day delivered was not the quality I am used to from Edible Arrangements. Try to contact the company, the refer you back to the store. I'm not sure this store answers the phone. Called the corporate number again explained I'd like the order redelivered or refunded. Never heard back. How do I find out this is resolved with out asking the person who sent it? Absolutely impressed with the taste, texture, and freshness of the edibles here. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and the overall experience is always delightful. One of the best edible stores I’ve visited.
