Worst customer experience ever. The owner must be so wealthy they do not need any business. I was treated rudely on the phone and was told delivery could not be guaranteed. What type of customer service is this. I'm so upset with these people that I will never order from them again. I would actually pay to advertise not to shop at this store in Arvada!!
I am so disappointed in this location of Edible Arrangements. I went online and ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday to be delivered at our work the following day. Paid for the order everything was a go. I called in the morning to alert them that she had to leave work at 2:30 that day. They stated that they would contact the delivery driver to ensure the delivery by that time. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't heard from my daughter several times throughout the day that she had not received anything.... read more
