Great manager here 4 stars kuz I was immediately shut down by an associate who said there wasn’t anything left for Mother’s Day gifts . Luckily another lady walks in and saves the day for mumsikens and makes another sale before store closed. She made the other lady help her bring out enough arrangements that I could choose from. Thank you.
This location is TRASH ! I spent $95 to send a card and fruit to my mother for Mother’s Day and this is what she received. When I called to make a compliant they offered me a refund on the card. This looks horrible all together, especially for $95. I wish I looked at the reviews before I order but I am in another state and just ordered it. They need to be closed down. They have no consideration for others.
Worst decision I ever made!!!!! I called to ask about my delivery and they put me on hold forever I kept calling until they picked up and they said were the delivery should there before 10pm yet they say once delivery is out it should be there within an hour also as soon as this ***** said that she hung up on me lol never ever again I’m still calling back and requesting my money back even if my order gets delivered !!!!
No los recomiendo tuve un inconveniente el día de ayer realice un pedido de fresas con chocolate de 6 unidades, cuando las entregaron la sorpresa fue de que no eran fresas con chocolate, y llegaron solo 3 unidades que no eran fresas con chocolate llame y ellos sin darme una solución me dijeron que ellos si habían enviado las fresas con chocolate lo cual no es cierto la verdad por dar una sorpresa el de la sorpresa fui yo que no fue lo que pedí lamentablemente
I DO NOT recommend this place. For the amount of money I paid, I could have done better and had more. My strawberries are small! Little strawberries. Small bite size and I go not have enough grapes to even compare to the picture. I bought the fruit platter with the chocolate dip. You will have to melt your own chocolate.
