Horrible, ordered the roses and Happy birthday cheesecake. They called and said they didn't have the bouquet. But that they had a colorful bouquet. The one I ordered is mostly roses and the one they made had 3 roses and a ton of greenery. They should of made a bouquet the same price I paid for my original one. Never ordering here again. What I ordered and what I got, this was for my mom's birthday.
I had the Korean BBQ dish at Hilton Long Beach and it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and the meat was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and full of authentic taste. The presentation was beautiful and it felt like a true fine-dining experience. Chef Fabian Galvez’s creativity and attention to detail made this dish unforgettable. Definitely a must-try for anyone visiting the restaurant!
Great manager here 4 stars kuz I was immediately shut down by an associate who said there wasn’t anything left for Mother’s Day gifts . Luckily another lady walks in and saves the day for mumsikens and makes another sale before store closed. She made the other lady help her bring out enough arrangements that I could choose from. Thank you.
This location is TRASH ! I spent $95 to send a card and fruit to my mother for Mother’s Day and this is what she received. When I called to make a compliant they offered me a refund on the card. This looks horrible all together, especially for $95. I wish I looked at the reviews before I order but I am in another state and just ordered it. They need to be closed down. They have no consideration for others.
Worst decision I ever made!!!!! I called to ask about my delivery and they put me on hold forever I kept calling until they picked up and they said were the delivery should there before 10pm yet they say once delivery is out it should be there within an hour also as soon as this ***** said that she hung up on me lol never ever again I’m still calling back and requesting my money back even if my order gets delivered !!!!
